Enjoy your own peace of Heaven in this highly sought after area in the upstate of South Carolina on beautiful Lake Rabon near Hickory Tavern.

The main level of the house begins with a covered front porch, Foyer, Living Room, Dining Room, and Kitchen with custom cabinets and counter top with a roomy breakfast area and pantry, Family Room with gas log fireplace, ½ bath, hall closet, screened back porch with large deck and attached 2 car garage

The upper level has 5 bedrooms or 4 bedrooms with an extra large bonus room with closet; laundry room, master bathroom and 1 full bathroom and lots of closet space

The lower level has 2 large bedrooms, full bath, large laundry/utility room, full kitchen with dinning area, Living room / Family Room with gas log fireplace, lots of closet space, large patio with separate entrance and parking.

The wooden dock (12’ X 18’) is on the most beautiful part of the lake with a gorgeous sunset view and is the best place to fish because of the fresh water stream that runs along the edge of the lot (with springs from a different lot) into the lake. The lot has an easy slope (not a hill or cliff) to the lake with 265’ /165’ lake frontage. Perfect for entertaining family and friends; enjoying cookouts and fish fries with boating and swimming and lots of fun for all.

Only 20 minutes to Simpsonville, 35 minutes to downtown Greenville and 35 to 45 minutes to all surrounding counties of Laurens, SC.
I know this because I drive to all of these counties for my work.

Serious inquires only.
